Allan and Angela @ New Park Manor

This weekend we photographed the wedding of Allan and Angela at New Park Manor in the new forest. It tuned out to be one of this summer's better days and we spent most of it out on the beautiful lawns.

Allan and Angela decided to have a casino rather than a disco and everybody enjoyed themselves.

Sue & I stayed long into the evening and made the most of a rooftop sunset.

Sunday

James and Claire and a whole lot of transport !

This Saturday Sue & I traveled to Ropley to photograph the wedding of 2 of our very good friends James and Claire.

To say that transport was important would be an understatement. James owns a very large and very smart Peterbuilt truck and quite rightly drove it to the church which involved an awful lot of closed roads and police help which anybody who knows Ropley will understand.

Claire was then driven to the church in a very Pink Cadalac which again was very fitting for these two people :).

After a lovely ceremony we traveled with police escort to the reception which was the Hinton arms where we had a great afternoon.

We then returned to James's parents house in Ropley for Tea on the lawn, well some would call it a lawn, I thought it was more likened to an old rough meadow. ha ha Harry !!! Ive seen horses browsing better grass.

James and Claire then left for there honeymoon in the Cotswolds in yet another fab car. James's TVR !

Sue & I had a great day.

Thursday

Nick and Morwenna @ The Clock Barn

On Saturday we photographed the wonderful wedding of Nick and Morwenna at the clock Barn in Tufton Warren Hampshire and it was a glorious day.

We had a lovely ceremony and then just a perfect drinks reception on the lawn followed by a few family photographs. Sue & i then took Nick and Morwenna off for some portraiture along the lanes around the barn as well as in the grouds.

Soon after the wedding breakfast the whole barn erupted into what was a great party led by Morwennas dad playing the drums which was so cool.

Sue & i left them around 10pm when there were no signs of the party stopping.

Monday

Gary and Karen @ Carey's Manor

Yesterday we were back at Carey's Manor in Brockenhurst to photograph the wedding of Gary and Karen which thankfully we did in beautiful sunshine.

We started the day at Karen's Parents house in Chandlersford and then traveled to Carey's Manor in style with our good friends The Romsey Carriage Company.

We had a great day and took some wonderful pictures in and around the manor.

The Captains Club

I thought I would add a little message here about The Captains Club in Christchurch,

Sue & I are very fortunate and often work at some of the best venues in the UK and more often than not we get looked after extremely well and are always grateful and indeed pass our thanks to the staff.

On Saturday we did our very first wedding at The Captains Club and I can hand on heart say that we have never been treated as well as we were there. The staff were all very attentive to us and Sue & I were made to feel like guests whilst we worked and rested, They even fed us which was just brilliant.

THANK YOU :)

Ben and Emily @ The Captains Club !

On Saturday we traveled to Christchurch to photograph the wedding of Ben and Emily which started at St Swithuns Church in Christchurch for a wonderful family service and then we wandered over to the priory for some great photographs with there close family and friends before heading back to The Captains Club for a wonderful wedding Breakfast.

We were then entertained with a few lively speeches and eventually we left Ben and Emily dancing the night away to Swing Unlimited who were just fab.

Ben and Emily are off to spend a couple of weeks with Mickey Mouse :)
