Chris and Nikki on HMS Warrior

Yesterday we photographed the wedding of Chris and Nikki onboard the 1860 warship HMS WARRIOR which is docked in Portsmouth Naval base in Hants.

We had a swashbuckling time onboard with Chris and Nikki as well as all of there shipmates some of whom seem to be following us around from wedding to wedding.

We also had the weather on our side, everytime it rained we were below decks and everytime we ventured uptop the rain stopped.

All in all everything was brilliant, and Johnny Depp be very afraid, Chris is after your captain Jack hat !

Rob and Lizzie

On Saturday we visited Salisbury to photograph the wedding of Rob and Lizzie.

Needless to say after weeks and weeks of sunshine we were in for a big storm and it hit bang on time as Rob and the Ushers arrived at the church, I cannot remember when I had seen so much rain in fact lots of local roads were closed due to flooding.

Despite all of this everybody who arrived for the service was in great spirits. When Lizzie's car pulled upto the church it was a magical moment, Lizzie had such a huge smile that it lifted the whole day in an instant and from that moment on she never stopped smiling being a beautiful bride.

After the church ceremony we left for Milford Hall and met up with the toastmaster. The rest of the day was a lot drier and everybody had a great time.

Rob and Lizzie are in for a long and very happy life together and lots of smiles.

Winston and Emma

Yesterday we shot the wedding of Winston and Emma at Rhinefield House which is one of our favorite venues and just happens to be on our doorstep.

We had a fantastic day and had a few extraordinary things to photograph including a Faulconry display by Sally Buckland which added a bit of fun before the wedding breakfast.

we photographed late into the night and had a great time.

Aaron and Jo

On Saturday we shot the wedding of Aaron and Jo which took place at the beautiful Jermyn House in Ampfield and again we were blessed with a sunny day to enjoy.

We then went on tea the reception at Aaron's parents house in Romsey where we had a drinks reception followed by a banquet in the marquee on the lawn in front of the lake.

It was another perfect day for a wedding and Aaron and Jo were still enjoying the festivities when sue & I left.

On Friday we shot the first of 3 weddings for this weekend at Silchester House which is a Grade II listed Victorian country mansion in North Hampshire.

We had a very relaxed day which was perfect because the sun shone all day long and everybody enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

Many of the guests travelled from all over the world to attend the wedding including New Zealand and South Africa.

Graeme and Helen had a fab day.

Ian and Rebecca

Yesterday we shot the wedding of Iam and Rebecca which took place a Bury Court Barn in Bently and it was a fantastic day from start to finish.

Sue & I started the day with the preperations which took place at Bently Mill and when we arrived rebecca and the girls where in great spirits in lovely surroundings.

Soon the horses and carriage arrived and whisked Rebecca and her Dad off to Bury Court where the guests were waiting.

Ian looked fantastic in his Kilt as did the other men and along with the lone piper Chris Oldroyd.

After a super ceremony we have a lovely drinks reception in the gardens which was followed by a nice meal.

We then took Ian and Rebecca off for a stroll in the gardens for some portraiture which was the perfect end to a perfect well planned day.
